In the United States, public safety is the dedicated responsibility of certain government departments and organizations. Think police officers, security agents, emergency response teams, fire forces, parole officers, informers, attorneys and more. No matter the role, the primary goal of public safety professionals is to prevent danger and to protect the wellbeing of citizens, communities and organizations.

They are forming new departments and agencies to ensure that the residents of the place as well as the society is safe and leading a pleasant and enjoyable life. It involves the security against the probable crimes as well as disasters as well as the correctional as well as the recovery activities to ensure the complete welfare of the mass.

Hence, they are giving more and more importance to the concept, innovating new measures to ensure the welfare as well as the well being of the mass from the probable risks and threats.
As a society we seem to assume that we are fully capable of maintaining past progress of addressing current health problems, and of being prepared to respond to new health crises. What we have found, as a society, that we are incapable of meeting these responsibilities, of applying scientific knowledge, organizational skills and of generating new knowledge, methods, and programs. It is important to reduce new health crises through collective actions, proper communications, cultural understandings and scientific research. Improved organization, professional competence, care and decisions about public interventions are valued not as ends in themselves, but as means to combat real dangers to the public health.
Public human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education, and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights, without discrimination. International human rights law lays down the obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.
One of the great achievements of the United Nations is the creation of a comprehensive body of human rights law—a universal and internationally protected code to which all nations can subscribe and all people aspire. The United Nations has defined a broad range of internationally accepted rights, including civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights. It has also established mechanisms to promote and protect these rights and to assist states in carrying out their responsibilities. The United Nations has gradually expanded human rights law to encompass specific standards for women, children, persons with disabilities, minorities and other vulnerable groups, who now possess rights that protect them from discrimination that had long been common in many societies.
Animal rights are moral principles grounded in the belief that animals deserve the ability to live as they wish, without being subjected to the desires of human beings. At the core of animal rights is autonomy, which is another way of saying choice. In many countries, human rights are enshrined to protect certain freedoms, such as the right to expression, freedom from torture, and access to democracy. Of course, these choices are constrained depending on social locations like race, class, and gender, but generally speaking, human rights safeguard the basic tenets of what makes human lives worth living. Animal rights aim to do something similar, only for animals. Very few countries have enshrined animal rights into law. However, the United States and the United Kingdom do have some basic protections and guidelines for how animals can be treated and should not be infected.
